Menopause hot flashes are one of the many symptoms which women experiencing the change of life associated with menopause experience. Menopause hot flashes happen as a result of the changing hormone levels in the body. There are a variety of ways to treat menopause hot flashes. Because of the hormonal nature of the situation, hormone replacement therapy is often recommended but this is not a permanent cure. Lifestyle changes can decrease the frequency and intensity of hot flashes. Remaining fit and busy and engaging in exercise regularly is a good start.
