We ladies have it tough, in some ways. It seems like we get all of the awful physical issues that men have been fortunate enough to escape. We go through periods, childbirth and menopause, just to name a few things. It’s all part of being a woman, so most of us wear these events like badges of courage. You may start seeing the signs of menopause before you were planning on it. Make sure you know what it looks like before it jumps on your back.

One of the first signs of menopause is typically that a woman’s periods become irregular. Generally this means that they stop coming every 28 days as they typically do throughout the course of a woman’s premenopausal life. Other symptoms will gradually begin, as well.

These signs of menopause include night sweats or hot flashes that come for no apparent reason, regardless of the temperature of the room or environment as well as inactivity. These night sweats come on quickly and abruptly. Women who are easing into menopause also have reported a change in their sex drive.

Discussing The Symptoms Of Early Menopause

Menopause has been the butt of many jokes not only from comedians however also from women themselves who are either going through it or negatively are anticipating it. The bottom line is that it all boils down to the fact which different bodies will exhibit different first symptoms of menopause. Some women will face every known symptom attributed to the change while other women will experience few if any menopause symptoms other than a lack of menstruation.

Irregular periods are often the early menopause symptoms and may fluctuate in terms of bleeding from heavy episodes to virtually non-existent ones. Moreover a period may last for one day or it might last for ten days just because there might be breakthrough bleeding in between menstrual cycles that are slowly becoming more irregular.

If you usually experience pre-menstrual symptoms like cramps and mood swings, chances are that these symptoms of menopause will worsen as time gets closer to menopause. Other early menopause signs include irregular periods, sleeping problems, tenderness of the breasts and fatigue. In terms of sex, your libido may reduce and there may be some pain during sex due to vaginal dryness.
